Returns and Exchanges
If you receive a faulty item that needs to be returned due to a manufacturing fault, you will be entitled to a full refund. Please post the item(s) back to us within 14 days of delivery. It is important to note that proof of postage will not be deemed proof of delivery. We recommend using a tracked service. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the costs of returns.
For hygiene reasons and because of the nature of hosiery items, we cannot accept returns of items once the item has been opened. After opening, it is your responsibility to examine the item carefully and note any faults before trying on and or wearing. Items must be returned in the condition as received in an unworn/unused condition including the packaging for our inspection as we will not consider an item for refund or replacement if it has been tried on. Ladders, snags and rub marks are not defects once the item has been tried on and or worn.
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
Once we have received and inspected your items we will refund you, this will be done as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.
This returns guarantee is over and above your statutory rights.
Please Note: Any items that are returned to us that have been tried on we reserve the right to retain up to and including 100% of the refund value.
